Caregiver Visibility @ Work
The first employer-ready caregiver data framework for open enrollment, giving organizations the insights needed to help caregivers thrive at work and care.
Caregiving responsibilities remain largely invisible in most workplaces, undermining women's advancement. This project introduces a voluntary, privacy-safe data framework that helps employers understand caregiving responsibilities and improve workplace practices. With consistent data, employers can design better benefits, reduce bias, and strengthen workplace culture. Because most employers rely on benefits brokers to evaluate options, adoption through broker channels enables rapid scale, improving retention and creating more equitable environments where women and all caregivers thrive.
