Influencing the Influencers: Menopause at Work
A program that helps influencers share honest, evidence-based menopause stories that shift workplace narratives and prompt employers to improve support for midlife employees.
Menopausal symptoms can limit women's ability to work, their earnings, and whether they stay in the workforce. Yet most workplaces treat menopause as invisible. Many people instead learn about menopause on social media, where misleading and commercialized information dominates. This project will equip trusted creators to tell honest, evidence-based stories about menopause at work—and inspire and spread new narratives that build broad support for workplace policies and benefits that protect midlife women's health and productivity.
