KIDS First Coalition - Tri-Share

The Tri-Share Childcare Program reduces caregiving barriers, enabling families (especially women) to enter, remain, and advance in the workforce.

In Southeastern Idaho, 2 in 5 families struggle to afford quality childcare, forcing parents (especially women) to cut hours or leave the workforce entirely. Tri-Share, shares costs among employers, families, and the public sector, easing this burden, keeping women in the workforce, and providing a stable cash flow for providers. By supporting families, workers, and the childcare sector, Tri-Share strengthens communities and builds a more resilient local economy.
